This policy, together with our Terms and Conditions (www.futureballer.com.au) and any other documents referred to in it, sets out how Future Baller handles personal information, including the basis on which any information (including any information of a personal nature) we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed, stored, and disclosed by us, in compliance (where required) with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Act), and other regulations, including under European and Californian laws.

You means the individual engaging with Future Baller as well as any individual you are acting on behalf of, including (but not limited to) a minor child for whom you are the parent or guardian (or similar).

In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process the following information about you:

whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not (Personal Information)

Personal Information about you collected by us may include:
certain telecommunications data (sometimes referred to as ‘metadata’) is taken to be Personal Information for the purposes of the Act under the Telecommunications (Interceptions and Access) Act 1979 (Cth);
information that you provide by filling in forms on our site https://www.futureballer.com.au (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our information or any booking service, signing up for newsletters, or requesting further services;
we may also ask you for Personal Information at other times, for example in connection with a promotion or when you report a problem with our site or service.
Health Information about you collected by us may include information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use any booking service, including any Health Information which may be considered by you to be relevant to your participation in Future Baller services.
Other information we collect about you may include:
if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;
details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders;
details of your visits to our site and the resources that you access;
when you apply for a job with us;
your participation history, emergency contact information, credit card information, and details of items ordered or purchased from Future Baller;
information about you to ensure that Future Baller programs in which you participate are run safely and in accordance with any special health needs you may have and for insurance purposes; and
de-identified health information and other sensitive information to carry out research, to prepare submissions to government or a government body or to plan events and activities; or
when you interact and engage with social networking services such as Facebook and Instagram.
2.2 We only retain Personal Information including that outlined above and other information, but excluding Health Information, (together, Data) for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the Data was used still exists.
How We Use Your Information
3.1 The purposes for which Data may be used by us include:
ensuring that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer/mobile device/tablet;
providing you with alerts, newsletter, education materials or information that you requested or signed up to;

to promote and market Future Baller events, products, or services;

to enable corporate partners and sponsors of Future Baller as well as their related bodies corporate, to market and promote their products and services to you;
to identify risk and implement appropriate controls to prevent or manage public health responses to pandemics or similar occurrences, including by providing personal information to relevant Government and health authorities, upon request, to assist with contact tracing and take reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and others, and the security of our sites;
to combine the information that we hold about you with information about you collected from or held by other trusted partners or from public sources. We do this in order to enable the development of consumer insights about you so that we and those other trusted companies can serve you better. This includes being able to better understand your preferences and interests, personalise your experience, enhance the products and services you receive, and to tell you about products and services. 3.2 We intend to use your Data in direct marketing and we require your consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose. By using our site, unless you tell us otherwise, you agree that:
your name, contact details (including address, contact number, email address), products and services information, transaction pattern and behaviour, background and demographic Data held by us from time to time may be used by us in direct marketing;
the following classes of services, products and subjects may be marketed to you:
services and products related to our site and/or our affiliates (including marketing affiliates programs we are a part of);

3.3 We use your Health Information to assist our personnel, agents, contractors, and service providers operating Future Baller services in which you are a participant to understand your needs and possible limitations.

personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers in connection with our operations or services;
our offices, affiliates, business partners and counterparts (if any);

actual or proposed transferees or participants of our services in or outside Australia.
Your relevant Health Information will be held confidentially but we may provide such information to personnel, agents, contractors, and service providers operating Future Baller services in which you are a participant.

Your consent and rights
By using our service, making an application to register for a Future Baller event, or visiting our website, you consent to the collection and use of your Data and other activities as outlined in this policy.

to check whether we hold personal Data and Health Information about you and to access such Data and Health Information;
to require us to correct as soon as reasonably practicable any Data and Health Information relating to you that is inaccurate;
